ZTNA & SASE- The new world

Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) is a new journey for the enterprise network where ZTNA is a component of the SASE infrastructure design. The SASE controls access to all edges, which includes mobile applications, cloud services, and web sites

The components which includes inside the SASE design is Software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN), firewall as a service, Secure Web Gateway (SWG)s, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

As a cloud-native platform, SASE offers Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), NGFW, and network services like SD-WAN, WAN optimization, and bandwidth aggregation.

SASE architecture provides enterprises with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), as well as scalable, simple-to-manage network and security solutions. So in other words you can say that By leveraging SASE architecture, enterprises get Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), as well as an array of simple, scalable network with security solutions.

Benefits of SASE & ZTNA

  • A cloud-native solution from SASE and ZTNA solves these problems for all network edges.
  • The security level is the same for cloud services, mobile users, IoT, branch offices, and corporate networks without significantly increasing deployment complexity or cost.
  • Applications and identities can be controlled and viewed via SASE and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • By delivering WAN optimization as part of the underlying network fabric, SASE abstracts away resource limitations and further improves WAN performance.
