PaloAlto Networks: Create Zone Configuration

Session no 2: Now as we going to create the Zone in the Panorama for PaloAlto devices. The procedure is simple, create a Zone and attach it to the interface. Lets see how to do that 

Step 1: Network >> Zones >> click Add >> Name Zone >> type Layer2 >> click OK. We are using the type Layer 2 which we called under the interface.

Step 2: Go to Network > Interfaces and assign the profile, created above, to the interface under Config Tab. You can choose any interface that you want to enable zone.

Step 3: Commit the changes.

You may create different zones like inter, intra, DMZ1 and so on as per the requirement. Hope it will ease for the beginners who are starting studying the PaloAlto PA devices and the configuration
