Part 2: Services in AWS and Alibaba cloud
As we discuss in our earlier article on the services of Amazon AWS and Alibaba cloud, we will now talk about the how they are mapping these 4 services on the servers. These services are Networking Services, Compute Services, Storage Services and Database services and how they defined these services in their own naming conventions.
Compute Services in AWS and Alibaba Cloud
When we talk about the services for AWS in Compute only, we will always talk about the Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), EC2 Elastic GPUs Elastic GPU and Elastic Container Service (ECS). Similarly in the Alibaba Cloud compute, these services are basically Elastic Compute Service (ECS), Elastic GPU Service (EGS) and Container Service

Networking Services in AWS and Alibaba Cloud
When we talk about the services for AWS in networking, we will always talk about Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Direct Connect, NAT Gateway and Elastic Load Balancing (ELB). Similarly in the Alibaba Cloud Networking, these services are Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Express Connect, NAT Gateway and Server Load Balancer (SLB)

Storage Services in AWS and Alibaba Cloud
When we talk about the services for AWS in storage, we will always talk about Amazon Simple Storage Services (S3), DynamoDB ,Simple DB, Cloud Front and Elastic File System (EFS). Similarly in the Alibaba Cloud storage, these services are Object Storage Service (OSS), Table Store, Alibaba Cloud CDN and Network Attached Storage (NAS)

Database Services in AWS and Alibaba Cloud
When we talk about the services for AWS in Database, we will always talk about Relational Database Service (RDS), ElastiCache, RedShift and Database Migration Services (DMS). Similarly in the Alibaba Cloud Database, these services are ApsaraDB for RDS, ApsaraDB for Redis, HybridDB for PostgreSQL and Data Transmission Service (DTS)
