 Configure Meraki Wireless Group Policy

In this article, we are going to talk about how to configure Meraki Wireless Group Policy.

Admins can define group policies to control how devices are treated by the network by adding rules, restrictions and other settings.

Networks with wireless and security appliances can make use of group policies, which can be applied manually or automatically in several ways.

There will be an introduction to the options available, how to create policies, and how to apply those policies to clients in this article.

Steps to configure the Meraki Wireless Group Policy as below

Step 1 Select the wireless network for use with ISE from the Network: drop down menu. 

Step 2 Select Configure  and Group policies in the Meraki dashboard.

Step 3 Select Add a group. Name the group policy Employee.

Step 4 If needed, configure any group policy settings. Leave Splash as Use SSID Default and save changes.

Step 5 Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the Contractor Group Policy
